Write your detailed process here...take a heavy bottom pan, add oil jeera, black pepper, cinnamom and when they crackle add ginger garlic paste , and saute for a minute adadd chopped onions and ccook till golden brown and now add soya chunk , cooked dal and cauliflower. Cook for 10 mins and add all spices And tomato puree. Add salt, cover it with lid and cook it. After sometime add some water and cook till it leaves oil. Garnish it with coriander leaves, grated cheese and lemon slice.
