  • Mutton Keema - 200g
  • Onion - 1 for grinding, 1 chopped
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch
  • Garlic - 4 Cloves
  • Tomato - 1 chopped
  • Capsicum - 1/4 Cup chopped
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Clove powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
  • Maida - 1/2 Cup
  • Eggs - 2
  • Oil - 2 to 4 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Lemon Juice - few drops


As a snack or a complete meal, mutton keema roll is enjoyed by all age groups. Its tangy taste of juicy keema mixed with lemon juice and tomato sauce, makes it a lip smacking delicacy.


For Keema Filling

Grind and make a smooth paste of onion, ginger, garlic and add all powdered masalas and salt to it.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Fry till the onion turns translucent. Add chopped capsicum and tomato and saute a bit.

Add the prepared keema and egg to it and cook till it turns slightly brown.

Add the coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix well and remove from heat.

Set aside this keema masala.

For Dough

Add the wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt and oil. Mix well.

Gradually add lukewarm water, knead to make a smooth dough. Rest this dough for 30 minutes.

For Wrap

Take out a ball of dough and roll it out.

Cook on tawa, adding little oil, till both the sides are done.

Keep the roti and place some keema masala in a corner. Roll it into a wrap.

Serve with some ketchup.
