Tasty and a easy recipe!
1.Boil the soya chunks for 5min at low flame
2.Squeeze all the water from it and grind it nicely.
3.Cut the vegatebles into small pieces and add carrot,spinach,onion,garlic,ginger,2tbsp cornflour,salt as per taste and one tsp black pepper powder.
4.Mix evrything well and make small balls of the mixture.Fry it in refined oil and keep it aside.
5.Heat some oil in a frying pan and add small pieces of garlic,onion,carrots and fry until golden brown.
6.Add 2tbsp soy sauce,3-4tbsp tomato sauce,2tbsp chilli sauce and manchurian masala.Add 1/2 glass water and let it boil.
7.When the gravy starts boiling,add the balls to it and cook for 5 more mins.
