Let the Rice sit in water for 3 hours.
Meanwhile start preparing yakhni for Chicken:
Take a Fry Pan add Ghee and heat it. Now add paste of Onion,ginger,Green&red chilli and garlic to the pan and fry it. Now Add Garam masale and salt (as per your taste) then add chicken pieces to it and mix it well & heat until cooked. Your Yakhni is ready.
Now boil the soaked rice and add javitri, Cinnamon,Bay leaf,clove,cardamom and salt (as per your taste).Cook with lid until the rice are cooked. After that remove the excess water from the rice.
Now take a Pan and make layers of Rice and Chicken Yakhni. Add a little kyoda and saffron for Fragrance. Cook it and leave to Dum for sometime. Colour it Green&Saffron uncolored remain White
