Pre- heat the pot and Grease the tin mold with oil

Take a bowl. Add butter, sugar condensed milk and mix well

Now add eggs and shift twice and also add vanilla essence..

Take a sieve. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, coco powder. Strain them well in a bowl. Mix well by adding milk and buttermilk to it.

Pour the cake batter in cake tin and tap it well to release air bubbles

Now bake the cake in pot for 45 to 50 min on medium flame on Gas.

Once baked, let the cake cool for 2 to 3 hours completely.

Now beat the whipped cream powder with the help of electric beater and add chilled milk and sugar. make three partition and mix green color to one, mix saffron to the second one and let the white as it is.

Cut the cake base in 2 layers

Put some white whip cream on cake board and put the first layer over it on the board

Now smoothen the cake with the help of whip cream

Make saffron and green color design with the help of nozzle on the top edge of the cake. Tricolor egg cake is ready to be served.

For better taste keep the cake in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before serving. Enjoy.
