Directions

First wash mutton very neatly,

 

Apply oil in pressure cooker,heat the oil,then add all the garam masala seed,which I mentioned above.and put the 2 big onion slices in to the oil, when onion  about to light brown,add the mutton, fry mutton on a very high flame ,add the ginger garlic paste,curd, green chillies ,salt according to the taste ,after mix these things, cook the mutton low flame,when mutton about to cook,use garam masala powder,U can also use biryani masala ,

 

Take a bowl and fill it with water 2 mugs for boiling rice, boil the rice and throw out the water ,now mix in the mutton which we hv ready,and put the gas flame very low,

 

When water soak then spred the colur on rice.   Ready to serve....
