For this recipe you have to marinate twice. first you have to marinate the pomfret fish with lemon, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and keep this minimum 1/2hr. In the meantime you have to prepare the other marination. take bowl and put the other ingredient, Kashmiri red chili powder, Tandoori masala, Oil, Ginger and Garlic pest, Roasted gram flour and mix it well. after that you just put the curd. now your marination is ready and you have to put it on the both side of the fish and put it in the oven in 220 degree for 10 min each side.
