Ingredients

Ingredients:- Rawa (Suji) = ½cup (fine quality). Desi (ghee) = 1 cup. Water = 2½ cup. Elaichi powder = ½ teaspoon. Almond = 8 pieces. Melon seeds = Few seeds. Raisin = 20 pieces. Orange synthetic colour (optional)Method:- First heat thick-bottomed Pan keep the flame medium and add ghee when the ghee is heated add the rava (fine variety). Also add melon seeds. Mixed well and start frying the rava and melon seeds. Roast rava till it become brown. Serve the delicious halwa to your family.
