- Cut the potatoes in long slices same as finger chips.
- Fry the potatoes for 10 min
- Cut the onion in long pieces
- Fry cut onions with potatoes for another 10 min
- Take out fried potatoes and onions and let them cool down to the room temperature
- Once the fried potatoes and onions cooled down, put them in a large mixing bowl.
- Take 4 eggs
