A RECIPE HAS NO SOUL UNTIL IT IS COOKED WITH LOVE & PASSION.. MY SON IS A BIG CHICK -E- TARIAN,, SO DURING THE QUARANTINE PERIOD I SURPRISED MY SON WITH THIS NEW CHICKEN RECIPE OF MINE AND HE JUST LOVED IT..
Write your detailed process here
1) Boneless boiled and shredded chicken - 250 gms.
2) CHEESE SLICE - 3 nos.
3) CHEESE MOZARRELLA grated - 1 cup
4) Salt and sugar - as per taste.
5) Mixed herbs - 1tsp
6) Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp.
7) Olive oil - 2tbsp
8) Refined Flour - 4tbsp
9) Milk - 2 cups
10) Chicken stalk - 1cup
11) Tomato hot and chilli sauce - 1tbsp.
12) Sliced Tomatoes and Capsicum - as required.
Preheat the oven at high.
Add olive oil in a non stick kadhai, put flour and stir.
Then slowly put in the milk and chicken stalk mixture and keep on stirring so that no lump is formed until we get a thick creamy texture.. Then add in the salt, sugar, mixed herbs and black pepper powder.
Keep on stirring.. Add in the cheese Slices in it and stir until cheese melts completely.
The Cheesy and Creamy White sauce is ready..
Keep a small bowl of white sauce aside.. Then add the boiled and shredded chicken and mix well.. Switch off the gas.
Then in another pan or tawa drizzle a little olive oil and gril the tomato and the capsicum slices from both sides.. Then take a baking dish,, brush a layer of tomato
hot and chilli sauce .
Then put two or three capsicum and tomato ring.. Then pour in the chicken and cheese mixture ..
Then add a layer of white sauce that was kept aside.. Grate Mozarrella cheese on top of it, decorate with capsicum and tomato rings and sprinkle a pinch of mixed herbs on it.. Grill it in the preheated oven for 5 -6 mins until the mozarrella cheese on top melts down.. The Yummilicious Chicken and Cheese is all set to rock in this lock down .
