Punjabi famous dish - chicken masala


Punjabi are famous to add ghee in their every recipe 

So let's start the recipe by adding a ghee in wok and add marinated chicken. 

( marination take Chicken pieces and add Red chilly, ginger garlic paste, chicken Masala ,curd, black pepper ,salt,lemon ) 

Keep the slow flame and For 8-12 minutes , Keep marinated chicken on slow flame 


Take One more wok and add a ghee in wok, then adding all khada masala ( jeera, dalchini, ilaichi ,kari patta, laung, red sabut chilly) 

Once they all get splutter, add ginger garlic paste, 

After 2-3 minutes add finely chopped onions and give a good mix 

After this add 2-3 roughly chopped tomatoes, meanwhile add sukha daniya,chicken masala, red chilly and give mix. After few minutes oil will start releasing from wok which means Masala is ready . 

Then mix the chicken from another wok and add in this masala ,add salt and add a glass of water and then once water will start boiling, once the right consistency will reach switch of the flame. 

Garnish it with coriander. 

Serve hot with chapatis and salad
