Finger Licking Delicious Pav Bhaji.


Take A cooker And add Chopped Tomatoes, potatoes and peas. Add salt per taste, 1 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala and Fill it with 2 glasses of water. Cook it till 2 whislte and then keep it for 2 mins. Then take a Kadai Add 2 tbsp Of Oil and 2 tbsp of butter the add Chopped onions,Capsicum ginger garlic paste and Stir fry it until the onions are Pink then add red chilli powder and Pav Bhaji masala. Mix it well until cooked then add your cooker Ingredients into the Kadai and let it cook until the water is evaporated and when your Bhaji is thick then Mash your vegetables and add water if needed. Then Add lemon juice to it and garnish it with some Freshly chopped coriander.

Your Bhaji is ready

Now take a clean Non stick pan and add 1 tbsp of oil and butter and some chopped coriander and half spoon of Pav Bhaji masala, mix it well then put your Pav over it and fry it well.
