Ingredients

  • 2 cup refined flour
  • 1 cup fine semolina
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup grated cottage cheese
  • 3 Ripe Banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5-6 pod Green Cardamom
  • 15- 20 cashew nut
  • 15- 20 raisin
  • 15-20 almonds
  • 10 stands saffron
  • ghee

Description

Paneer Malpua is a beguiling north Indian desert served at time of festivals like Holi . These pancakes are fluffy inside and crispy outside . It can be served with rabri or as it is popular in Bihar with mutton .

Directions

  1. Churn sugar and banana in a mixer grinder, now add all the dry fruits and churn again
  2. Now to the mixer add milk and cottage cheese and churn into a thick mixture, you can add a little milk to get the appropriate consistency like that of pan cake mixtures
  3. To this  mixture and saffron and freshly crushed green cardamom and let the batter rest for 30 min.
  4. fry it in small circular shapes at low to medium flame , one at a time
