Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg paneer, First cut the paneer in small qubes, 2 Bay leafs,2/3 star seed,3/4 Black pepper seeds, a little bit of cinnamon, 2big onion,2 tomatoes,one cup cream,1/2 cup curd,1/2cup cashew paste, 1 tpsn Ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tspn red chilli powder, 1/2 tspn garam masala powder, salt according to the taste,1/2 cup butter, fenugreek leaves,

Directions

 take a pan ,and add oil and fry the onion very properly, and paste it,and also paste cashews

take out the onion,add all the seeds spices, add the ginger garlic paste,add the curd, add the ref chilli powder, salt according to the taste,add the garam masala powder, roast all the things,add the paneer qubes,mix it very well,and then add onion paste,cashew paste,add the creamer, mix it properly,and then add butter,and sprinkle fenugreek leaves…it's ready to serve.
