Ingredients

  • Boiled Potatoes -Two Big Size
  • Mutton – 500 Grams
  • Cheese Cubes
  • Salt-As Per Taste
  • Ginger Paste-1 Table Spoon
  • Garlic Paste-1 Table Spoon
  • Chopped Onions-1 Teaspoon
  • All Purpose Flour-2 Table Spoon
  • Bread Crumbs-2 Table Spoon
  • Vegetable edible Oil For Frying- As Required
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 Table Spoon
  • Baking Soda -1 / 2 Tea Spoon

Description

Mutton Cheese Balls are very Delicious Dish which is loved by people of all ages.

Directions

 1. First boil the Mutton  and Potatoes
2. Then Paste the Mutton  in a Mixer  Jar.
3. Mix the boil potatoes with Boiled Mutton Paste with Chopped Onions, Salt , Ginger Paste and Garlic  Paste.
4. Then prepare small balls of Mutton.
5. Hollow the Balls to add Cheese Cubes in The Center and cover the balls.
6. Then Make  Thick batter with All Purpose Flour, Salt and Chili Powder , Baking soda  and  roll it in bread crumbs.
7. Fry the Mutton  balls in oil until it becomes golden brown.
8. Serve Hot with Sauce.
