Heat the ghee and add cumin seeds. Add some ginger garlic paste and stir well. Add chicken pieces after 2 minutes. Fry it well for 5 minutes. Add curd and stir well. Add salt and pepper. Add cashew nut paste and fry on low flame. Cook for 15 minutes and sprinkle kasuri methi powder. Add 50 gms malai and stir well for 5 minutes. Voila ! You have it.
