Masala Chaap is full of nutrition as it is consist of soyabean . Soya Bean is said to be the most healthy meal as it is rich in protein.
Directions
Boil soya chaaps for 4-5 min, In order to refresh them and then fry them all to remove moisture from them.
Now take a bowl and add all the Mari nation ingredients to it i.e. Curd -2 tsp, Garam Masala1/2 tsp., Roasted Cumin Powder – ½ tsp., (Salt As per your taste) and mix them all,Now add your chaap( You can cut them in pieces ). Let the mixture rest for 20-30 min . On the other hand we will start making gravy for it.
Put some oil (2tsp) in a pan ,wait until it heats up ,add Bay leaf, Cinnamon,Cardamom to it.
As soon as it starts crackling put finely chopped onion to the pan and cooks until it turns golden brown.
Now it’s time to add the tomato puree Mix it with onion. Now,add salt ( as per the taste ), Turmeric- 1 tsp, red chilli powder(As per taste),coriander powder 1/2tsp. Mix them well.
Let it cook until the oil comes on the surface.
Now add your marinated chaap to the pan, mix well and cook with some added water for 2- 3 mins.
Your Masala Chapp is ready , Garnish it with coriander( Hara dhaniya) and some cream. You can serve it with chapatti and rice as well.
