Ingredients

*Rasgulla is one of the most popular sweet in West Bengal as well as India. *In this festive season, I am presenting innovative, fresh,aromatic and delicious Mango Rasgulla. *The essence of fresh Mango Pulp and juice which is using in this dish will definitely give an awesome taste to Mango Rasogolla????????????

Directions

Write your detailed process here...---Heat  milk in a pan.

----When the milk starts boiling, add lemon juice.  (if required, add more lemon juice)

---Mix well and turn off the heat.

--- few minute later milk solids (paneer)get separates from the whey Water.

---Pour this curdled milk to the already lined muslin cloth over a strainer.

---Rinse the paneer with cold water.

----Then sqeeze the cloth tightly to remove excess water.

----Now take paneer out in a flat surface.

---Gently mash it with the back of your palm for 3-4 minutes.

---Add suji and 2 Tsp mango puree.

---Mix well for 2-3minutes.

----Then Cover it and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

---In the meantime,

----In a vessel add 1 cups of sugar in 2cups of water and 1cup mango juice.

---Mix well and add green cardamom, and 1-2 drops of mango essence.

--- Cook on medium flame.

---Now Make small paneer balls out of the mixture.

---Boil the syrup for 2-3 minutes then add the Paneer balls.

----Cover the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes on medium flame.

Til  balls will become double in size,apox 20 minutes.

---Now Takeout  all the rasgulla from the syrup.

----Now  cook the syrup until it becomes thick.

---Then add all of the rasgullas in the thick syrup.

----Let them rest for 4-5 hours or overnight.

----Garnish it with cardamon  powder and serve this innovative  Bengali Sweet to Your loved one.
