Half kg chicken 250 gm rice 5 onion 5 tomato 5 green chillis 20gm khadey masale Ginger Garlic paste 2 table spoon desi ghee
Marinate chicken for 10 min..in curd red chili and 1 lemon juice
Now Cook rice for 5 min.half cook
Now add desi ghee in kadahi and ginger garlic paste and chicken cook for 5 min.
After 5 to 7 min. Transfer it in to a pan with half cooked rice and seal it with some roti aata .on low flame for 15min.
After 15 yo 17 min…open it .snd serve …with smile
