A flavourful mouth watering tender chicken snack
Take 500 gms chicken breasts and press them to flatten the thick parts for even grilling. Put the breasts in a bowl , sprinkle salt and pepper generously and add juice of two lemons. Pour in some mixed herbs and keep aside for 1 hour in refrigerator.
Once marinating time is over, take a grill pan and heat. Add a teaspoonful of olive oil to heat on medium flame. Put the breasts in the pan and flip the side after 3-4 minutes. Heat the other side for same duration. Transfer in serving plate and garnish with fresh coriander or cilantro. Serve with mint chutney and onion rings. Voila! Herby Grilled Chicken Breasts are ready.
