Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Step 1: Boil boneless chicken in a pan on medium flame. Add a pinch of salt to it.
Step 2: Take some veg mayonaise in a bowl.
Step 3: Shred boiled chicken in Mayonaise.
Step 4: Mix mayo well with shreded chicken pieces. Add little Salt & Pepper as per taste.
Step5: Take 1 bread slice, Apply very thin layer of Tandoori mayonaise. This is completely optional as per one's taste & preference.
Step 6: Cover the bread slice with Mayonaise chicken mushy paste.
Step 7: Cover it up with another bread slice which may or may not be with Tandoori mayonaise as its completely optional
Step 8: Grill this Sandwich in Griller for about 5 mins
Step 9: Serve Hot.. Same can be served with Tomato ketchup or with Chilli saice.
