Egg soya biryani : full of protein

Directions

  1. Take a cooker and add ghee then add jeera ,Dal Chini,Kali Mirch ,laung ,tej patta elaichi .
  2. On other stove boil the eggs and one third stove boil the soya
  3. Till the time soya and eggs are boiling , add all vegetables in the cooker : capsicum ,beans onion ,potatoes ,green onion ( you can also add corn peas as per availability )
  4. Saute all this for few mins and then add coriander powder ,biryani masala , turmeric and red chillypowder  and salt ( as per taste )
  5. Now strain the soya and add the soya in the vegetable mixture and then add rice and water and after 2 whistle switch off the flame .
  6. Take a pan add little bit of oil/ghee now peel the boiled eggs and saute them with little hing and coriander powder ,red chilly powder and turmeric and salt.
  7. Now open the cooker , and first put the soya biryani on plate and then place the egg on the top and garnish it with coriander .Happy eating
