Scrumptios egg curry punjabi style, best enjoyed with boiled rice

Directions

  1. Boil eggs in pan for 10 mins.
  2. Remove the shell and saute the boiled egg with a little oil on shallow flame for 2-3 mins.
  3. To prepare curry, saute finely cut 2 onions in shallow flame for 4 mins and then let them cool down.
  4. Now grind these onions with 2 tomatoes and 1 green chilli to make a fine paste.
  5. Saute this paste with 1 spoon of oil and add salt, red chilli, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and egg curry masala to taste. Stir this till it turns brown.
  6. Now add 1 glass water to thia paste and let it boil till you get adequete consistency.
  7. Add the sauted boiled eggs to this curry.
  8. Garnish this with finely cut coriander leaves
  9. Serve it plateful with rice.
