Dilkhushal is one of the most famous sweet in Rajasthan which is prepared in most of festival season. It’s rich,delicious and healthy recipes.
First Apply some ghee on a plate and spread it evenly.
Now take a kadhai and heat the ghee.
Pour the daal coarse powder mixed with ghee into it.
Now Keep stirring continuously and roast the moong dal powder till the entire mixture turns golden brown.
Now add the milk powder, sugar, sliced badam, mawa and elaichi powder.
Then Continuously Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes.
In between Heat milk in a separate pan.
Add saffron thread.
Now pour this hot milk in the already made gram flour mixture and mix well.
If required add foof color.
Now Take grease plate.
Put the mixture on it and spread evenly.
Spread pistachios over it.
Now leave it to set for 4 to 5 hours.
Cut into pieces the way you like.
Dilkushal is ready to serve.
