Chicken with tangy taste of curd

Directions

Marinate chicken for 2 hour with curd, salt, red chilly, sukha dhaniya hing oil

After that 

  1.  Take oil, add little ghee also - then add hing and jeera and all sukha masala 
  2. Once the aroma start coming add finely cut onions and let them become little transparent then add ginger garlic paste 
  3. After that add tomatoes in it ( finely chopped) add all spices in it.( salt, red chilly haldi , sukha dhaniya) 
  4. Bhunofy the masala till karhai leaves oil 
  5. Add chicken and little water and let it cook 
  6. After that add curd anand kasuri methi and mix it and let it cook for 5-7 minutes. 
  7. Serve hot with garam garam fulka and garnish it with coriander
