Marinate chicken for 2 hour with curd, salt, red chilly, sukha dhaniya hing oil
- Take oil, add little ghee also - then add hing and jeera and all sukha masala
- Once the aroma start coming add finely cut onions and let them become little transparent then add ginger garlic paste
- After that add tomatoes in it ( finely chopped) add all spices in it.( salt, red chilly haldi , sukha dhaniya)
- Bhunofy the masala till karhai leaves oil
- Add chicken and little water and let it cook
- After that add curd anand kasuri methi and mix it and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot with garam garam fulka and garnish it with coriander
