  1. put maggi and the seasoning in a mixer jar and make a coarse powder.
  2. crack the eggs in a bowl and whisk them.
  3. keep the maida in a plate.
  4. now, take the chicken breast and season it with salt and pepper.
  5. coat the chicken breast in maida, then in the egg batter, and then coat in maggi powder.
  6. one by one, coat all the chicken breasts the same way.
  7. keep aside for 1 hour in fridge.
  8. now, take a pan, put some oil and shallow fry each side of the chicken breasts.
