Marinate the chicken first with oil, ginger garlic paste , red chilly, chicken masala , curd and little bit of salt and keep then for marination for at least 2 hours.
Then take a wok.
Add ghee, then add hing, jerra, cloves, tej patta, laung and kali mirch after that add ginger garlic paste and then keep on mixing it then add 2 chopped onions and 3 tomatoes and add red chilly, Coriander powder once the masala starts leaving the wok,
Side by side take another wok add the marinated chicken legs in 2 table spoon of oil , and let it cook for 10-12 mins
After that mix the two and add 2 cups of water and let them cook for 15-20 mins.
After that garnish with green coriander and serve hot with chapati and sirka onions
