Ingredients

  • 1/2kg chicken breast, diced in bite size pieces
  • 1- 2 onions
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1-2 carrot (orange one)
  • Salt, pepper, red chilli as per taste
  • Tandoori mayonaise
  • 4 parantha plain

Quick & Easy Chicken Kathi Roll

Directions

Easy steps are as below:

  1. Cut onion, capsicum, carrot, bell pepper into bite size pieces.
  2. Saute onion, capsicum, bell pepper & carrot in kadhai on medium flame in about 2 spoon of oil.
  3. Add chicken diced pieces into it.
  4. Cook for about 4-5 mins on medium flame
  5. Add salt, pepper and chilli as per taste.
  6. Saute little more for about a minute.
  7. Switch off the gas & let this settle for 2 minutes.
  8. Now take 1 parantha and apply a layer of tandoori mayonaise.
  9. Add prepared stuffing on parantha and ROLL.
  10. Yummy mouth watering Chicken kathi roll is ready.
