As we all know chicken is full of protein and phosphorous . It is said that 140 grams of chicken enriches our body with 300 mg of phosphorous. And when it come to kali mirch chicken , it is truely a tasty and healthy chicken with a great taste of Kali Mirch.


Firstly Marinate the chicken with some added curd, ½ tsp. Kali Mirch Powder And ½ tsp. Salt.

And Let it rest for at least 1 hr. Now take a pan and 4-5 tsp. oil to it and let the oil heat up.

As soon as you feel that the oil has come to a correct temperature, now add the finely chopped 

Onion to it followed by the finely chopped green chilies. Now cook them until the onion soften and  add

1 tsp. ginger garlic paste ,  ½ tsp jeera powder , ½ tsp. Coriander powder , ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder, 1tsp Kali Mirch Powder.

Mix them well and some water to it ( as you need your gravy consistency to be ). Now add the marinated chicken to it and mix it well with gravy.

While mixing it add the cashew nut paste . Now cook the chicken for 10 minutes and also remember to stir it after every 2 minutes. After 10 minutes Check the chicken and some kastoori methi and green coriander. Now take it out in a bowl and garnish it with some lemon and onion, etc.

Now your Kali Mirch Chicken is ready to serve. You can serve it hot with some chapatti, naan or rice.
