Chicken in hot garlic Sauce rice bowl

  • Soya Sauce
  • Green Chilli Sauce
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • Vinegar
  • Cornflour
  • Rice


Delicious chinese style chicken in hot garlic sauce served with steamed rice.


Take one cup of rice, boil it in a large pan of water with salt. Drain the rice when fully cooked and keep it aside.

Our steamed rice are ready.

Now take a Wok, add some oil in it and heat it. Add chopped garlic and saute it. 

 now add diced chicken breast pieces, onions, capsicums, carrot and some spring onion greens and saute them too.

Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

Now add 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil.

mix 2 spoons of  cornflour with water in a bowl and add it to the wok.

Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Our chicken and veggies in hot garlic sauce are ready.

Serve with steamed rice.
