Fried Chicken chunks sautéed in soy sauce and veggies. Garnished with white sesame seeds.
Prepare the batter by mixing the ingredients and gently roll the chicken strips into it. Fry the chicken strips. Keep aside.
For the sauce, take a wok pan and add 2 tsp oil. Add onion shallots and let it stir for 1 min. Add crushed garlic, green chillies and stir again for a min. Then add capsicum, soy sauce and saute for 2 mins. Let the capsicum not cook too much for the crunch.
Now add fried chicken strips, and chicken cube, salt and black pepper.
Let it cook on slow flame for 10 mins. Switch off the stove and garnish with sesame seeds.
Serve with pitta bread.
