First wash chiken properly,and marinate chiken with curd and salt ,some drops of lemon.after half an hour marinate chiken dry on high flame,do not use oil to dry.and then take a pan, use 1 tbl spn oil ,when oil about to heat, 2 onion fry and one cup cashew and fry with onion extract and paste. 2 tomatoes and paste tomatoes .Which we fry chiken add in the hot oil..add ginger garlic paste and roast chicken properly,add salt according to the taste,add kashmiri Lal mirch ,add chat masala powder,add garam masala powder,add paste of onion, tomatoes paste, mix all the things and roast with cup of milk, and mix chicken properly,when gravy about to roast then mix cashew paste,and amul butter and amul cream. When chiken about to cook, use half tea spn tandoori chicken masala, take green chillies and slide between two parts , some leafs of kasuri methi,and chopped coriander leafs. And serve and enjoy.
