A quick, tender and juicy chicken snack
Step 1: marinate the chicken with half teaspoonfu of chilli powder, turmeric and salt each. Pour 10 ml lemon juice and mix well. Keep aside for30 minute at a cool place.
Step 2. Heat the ghee in a kadhai, add minced garlic and finely chopped green chillies. Fry for 30 seconds and add the onions. Fry till onions are slightly brown. Add the merinated chicken and saute for 10 minutes, then slow the flame, add coriander powder, garam masala, chicken masala and pinch of sault. Saute well and cover for 10 minutes. Keep stirring intermittently. After ten minutes, garnish will chopped coriander and its done. �
