Chicken prepared with frsh cream,curd and nuts.



•Take chiken in a bowl and then add ginger , garlic, chilli paste ,black pepper ,one lemon, curd and salt to taste.

•Keep it for atleast for 3hours.



•Melt butter in a frying pan and then add marinated chicken (without the marinated puree left) and then fry it on high flame till it gives pinkish hue on its surface.

•Close the lid on low flame till the chiken becomes tender and is near to cook.

•Grind cashew nuts till it turns into a fine paste (add water accordingly) .

•Take the left marinated chicken puree in a bowl then add fresh cream,cashew nut paste prepared earlier and add kasoori Methi to it. Add this mixture to the chicken in the frying pan. Cook it completely and prepare the chicken with gravy or dry(as you like).

•Last but not the least for a punch to your dish take an ember in a small bowl place it in the frying pan in the middle of your cooked chicken and then pour half a teaspoon of butter in the small bowl and close the lid immediately. (This process will give your dish a classic charcoal eroma that will be loved by all).
