Fisrt of all marinate Chicken (marinate for half an hour) with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, corriander powder, curd(1tbsp) & any other chicken masala if u have. Secondly grind onions to make a paste for gravy. Now make birista paste. Shallow fry onions like birista and wait till it becomal normal, once it become normal make a paste of curd & birista onions together & keep it aside. After that take tomatoes & cashew & make a paste of it.
Take a big kadhai & put oil, in hot oil put all garam masalas, jeera and onion paste, saute well till oil seperates. Now add tomato & cashew paste & again saute well till oil seperates. After that add birista & curd paste & saute well, once oil seperates add all masalas & mix it well. After 10-15 mins add marinated chicken & mix it well with paste. When it will become dry add water as per your consistency and cover it with lid.
Sprinkle corriander leaves on it.
