Ingredients

  • Capsicum, onion, carrot, boneless chicken, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, chilly sauce, salt & pepper, a spoon corn starch

Description

Easiest and Delicious Authentic chicken curry with steamed rice

Directions

  1. Saute diced capsicum, onion, carrot in an open pan or Karahi on medium flame.
  2. Add diced boneless chicken.
  3. Add 1-2 spoons of Tomato sauce, 1-2 spoons of Soya Sauce and about 1 spoon of chilly sauce.
  4. Add salt & pepper as per taste.
  5. Cook well.
  6. Add 2 cups of water.
  7. Boil for about 4-5 mins.
  8. Add 1 spoon of corn starch mixed in half cup water.
  9. Boil for about 2-3 mins.
  10. And Authentic chicken curry is ready.
  11. Serve hot with Steamed Rice.
