Simple veggie egg omlett in tricolor flag style
Mix finely chopped carrot in 1 egg white with salt.
Finely chopped Capsicum and green leaves with 1 egg white.
The mixture should be thick, should not flow.
1 egg white with salt.
Heat a pan on slow heat
coat with ghee, put carrot egg mix covering 1/3rd of the pan.
Put green egg mix covering lower 1/3 of the pan and cover for 1 min.
Open and slowly put egg white in the middle, cover again.
Check if egg white is semi cooked(a layer should form on top otherwise yolk will sink inside)slowly put the whole egg yolk in centre and cover again.
Slowly take it out on a plate and decorate with cloves.
