My entry for Regional contest is Amritsari Patakha Chicken.. Only seeing this chicken gives you all those spicy feelings but relax it is not that spicy but it's very unique in flavor and aroma. Try it out at your home and enjoy this lovely dish.
Take curry cut chicken and marinate with curd, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice , and all dry masala for 2 hours. In a pan take 3-4 spoons of ghee, fry tej patta, big cardomom and laung. Now add onion paste, fry it for two minutes. Now add marinated chicken, fry it on low flame for 5 minutes. Now add tomatoes paste and fry it for another 5 minutes on low flame. Now add kasuri methi , salt and garam masala, red chilli powder. Garinsh it with coriander and serve it with Parantha and onions.
