Directions

This is a very famous snack favorite of people loving non spicy chicken dish. Its full of aromas and mouth watering.  Take 500 grams chicken thighs boneless. Add a lemon juice and sprincle with rock salt and pepper powder generously. Add 50 grams hung curd. Mix thoroughly and keep aside in refrigerator for 1 hour. Then put in a baking tray and grill for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.  Take out and garnish with onion ri gs, lemon wedge and chilli oregano sauce.
