Ingredients

Ajwain, Brocolli, Carrot rice

ABC rice - loaded with proteins, Vitamins, Immunity boosters, appetizers

 

Ajwain Rice - Ingredients for 250gms rice

Ghee -50gms

musturd -1teaspoon

Garlic cloves - 10-15

Cashew nuts

Ajwain - 1teaspoon

Pepper powder -1/2teaspoon

Green chilli 3

Soya Chunks - 25gms

Panner , salt for taste

Jeera Rice 250gms

 

Method - prepare rice.

blanch soya chunks and remove water

In the pan heat Ghee, add musturd , followed by Garlic, cashew, ajwain, pepper powder& chillies. add soya chunks and panner saute well. switch of flame, add rice mix well.

 

Brocolli Rice

Ingredients

Brocolli - 1 flower

Green capsicum  - big 2pcs

Green peas -50gms

Butter  and oil for frying

Musturd -1teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste 1tespoon

pepper powder 1/2teaspoon

Garam masala -1/2 teaspoon

Green chilli -4

Salt to taste

Basmati rice 250gms

 

Method

cook Basmati rice

In Pan add Butter , oil on heating add musturd,

chiilies, Ginger garlic paste saute well

add green peas , capsicum and blanched Brocolli

fry until cooked .add pepper powder, garam masala and salt. mix well with cooked basmati rice.

 

 

Carrot Rice

Ingredients

Sona Massori Rice -250gms

Oil -50gms

Curry leaves

musturd  -1teaspoon

peanuts - 50gms

Green Chillies - 6

Black gram / Chana dal - 1teaspoon each

Turmeric powder -1/4teaspoon

Carrot - 4pcs grated

Lemon -1

Grated coconut & salt for taste

 

cook rice

In pan add oil heat, add musturd, curry leaves, peanuts, green chillies, black gram, chana dal stir fry. add turmeric powder , grated carrot. add salt . switch of flame add cooked rice and squeeze 1/2 lemon. mix well. garnish with Corriander leaves.
